Navy Sports Nation’s refund policy refers specifically to products purchased directly from our website. For products purchased from our affiliate partners like Fanatics and Amazon, please consult the refund policy on their respective websites.
Refund Timeframe
Our main goal is customer satisfaction on all purchases. Anyone requesting a refund on an eBook can do so within 24 hours from the time of purchase.
Please note that eBooks sold on the Navy Sports Nation website range from $2.00 – $3.00. And they take less than 20 minutes to read. We want to ensure customer satisfaction. The short timeframe provides some minimal protection against potential fraud.
Refunds will be granted for a faulty download. The first option is to replace the eBook at no charge. Otherwise, a refund will be authorized.
For all other products, a refund can be requested within 14 days from the date the product was delivered. All refunds will be processed when the item is returned.
